Shallow world

This world is material, new friends are shallow…

Its hard to find people how are ready to give you in, let you know the inside of them and not just the material outside. People play the game of how has what, the constant comparing and bragging. I am sick to my stomach and sometimes I cant see the way out. Its like a dark spell and it just gets more intense. I can get drag in to it, I admit it. Thats when I need my people, deep conversations, about real stuff, real feelings, the things you cant touch. They pull me back, I realize whats real and it gets me again.. how shallow this world can be.

Can’t control it

Ohh Lord, I did it again… a full blown cake buffé with no intention of eating it.
This happens once in awhile, I get inspired and can’t control myself. I run out get everything I need and then I start to create. . Endlessly. This cake buffé will be in the trash tomorrow and it is a shame but I made it to make it not to eat it.
Toras birthday is in May and you can probably imagine all the creating for that spectacular event 😉

Fixed my hair again, it grows like grass and Thank God for that!

I go to a salon called Redhead and the Wolf. It’s a testosterone dominated salon where the male staff run their fingers through your hair like they where born with long hair. They do a magnificent job and the atmosphere is quite different from a regular salon, you will hear it all and it’s not the front page gossip more football, personal experience and sex.
I learned to love it and I am always happy with the result.

Super boost

Me and Tora are going to Sweden soon and we need to boost up so we are strong and healthy during our trip. Now we both drink super boost in the morning’s.
It contains strawberries, blueberries, spinach, ginger, mango, red beetroot and apple juice.

Here comes a great DYI! I made Toras baby mobile and I think its a fun and cute thing to create yourself. The one I made was with Japanese Origami birds in different colored paper but this is the latest, to make geometrical shaped paper cubes. At this blog you have a step-by-step how to make it. Popeye Mix: Blueberries + Apricot Slices + Raw Spinach.

Squash ‘n Grains: Roasted Butternut Squash + Cooked Quinoa + a pinch of kosher salt and cinnamon.

Sweet Pea Hummus: Frozen Peas (thawed) + Tahini + squeeze of Lemon Juice + pinch of Salt & Cumin.

White Bean Purée: White Beans (from a can, rinsed & drained) + Lemon Juice + a few leaves Italian Parsley + Olive Oil + pinch of Salt & Black Pepper.

Tropical Avocado Pudding: Banana + Avocado + Pineapple + Whole Milk Plain Yogurt.

Figgy Pudding: Chopped Figs + Roasted Pears (peel first) + Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice + a touch of maple syrup.

Green Machine: Kale + Peach Slices (peeled) + Whole Milk Plain Yogurt + a squeeze of agave.

Just Beet It: Roasted Beets + Cooked Farro + Goat Milk Yogurt + a pinch of salt & squeeze of agave.

Well, this is some true shit. It can also be a curse. Imagine that you put so much love and hard work in to something and then someone how got inspired from you goes and copy your work.. well its not just yours anymore. You should be proud that you inspired someone and you should always remember, They are just a copy.
